Exhibitors will be able to showcase their products and services to attendees of the Western Regional Meeting on Sunday, October 26 and Monday, October 27 from 9:00 am \u2013 5:00 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Potential exhibitors will be equipped with a standard 6 foot table, and should plan on set-up and clean-up windows of 7:00 \u2013 9:00 am (October 26, 2025) and 5:00-7:00 pm (October 27, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cost to participate in the exhibition starts at $1500 (and comes with various other benefits, depending on the total sponsorship level, see: Sponsor \u2013 WRM 2025<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
