The Western Regional Meeting plans to host an on-site career, internship, graduate school, and undergraduate transfer fair on the first day of the conference (October 25, 2025) from 12 – 2 pm PST. Attendance at the career fair (for both students and recruiters) is included with the cost of meeting registration, however advanced notification is required by recruiters in order to secure a table. If you would like to participate in this fair as a recruiter, please fill out this Google form and feel free to contact the organizers with any additional questions.

On the first day of the meeting (Saturday, October 25, 2025), there will be a full day of programming geared towards undergraduate students in our region. The day’s activities will include various student-centered workshops (morning), an on-site career, internship, graduate school, and undergraduate transfer fair (12 – 2 pm), undergraduate presentations (2 – 4:30 pm), and a plenary speaker (evening).
We expect the fair to be a fantastic opportunity for companies and schools to recruit students. We will send out invitations to students at community colleges and universities throughout our region and in addition to students attending the full regional meeting, students will have the option to do fair-only registration for free.
